Based on our experience at GreenWebBuzz.ca, we are confident we can build your website and provide all necessary assistance to start your online business, such as hosting, and any other needed services.

according to our previous communication through phone and emails, I am putting together an agreement to start working on your website. This agreement includes an invoice as well

I will include some points we agreed on in this invoice. By paying this invoice or a part of it, you agree to them. 

1. The customer will provide the hosting and domain name for the website.
2. The customer will provide all the content for the website. It includes but is not limited to text, images, videos, etc.
3. Greenwebbuzz will deliver the website 30 days from the date we receive the last data. This means, at any point we get new data, information, and/or modifications to include in the website, the 30 days will start over.
4. Greenwebbuzz will design the website at the agreed price based on the Theme we agreed on. If any request requires changing the theme functions, layout, and/or design this will be taken as a different contract with a separate invoice depending on changes and how much time it takes.
5. Greenwebbuzz will provide guidelines on how to use the website, change the content of the website; this includes only the content of the website as text, images, and videos, this does not include anything that needs programming or special training to do, such as forms, visual effects, codes, and so on.
